This series of drawings is the antithesis of my regular detailed, hyperrealistic work. The series shows a variety of subjects in a minimalistic format, portraying only the lines and curves of the subject as if a focused light source were to be targeted at a specific angle in the dark. Photographers refer to this genre of photography as 'low key'.

I have made the decision to ship all of the pieces in this series framed in simple mat black frames - the idea was to ensure uniform framing across the series and to ensure that once sealed the drawings would not be smudged due to handling etc.

Each piece measures 20cm wide and 30cm tall, the frame external dimensions are 38cm wide and 48cm tall.

I intend to initial each piece in the bottom right hand corner - in white pastel - if you prefer not to have the signature please let me know.
